US/US and US/CN Rates Effective January 5, 2009 

The FedEx National LTL Rating Program (FXNL 501 base rates) offers you the convenience of obtaining rate quotes when you are not connected to the Internet. You can download this Windows-based rating program to calculate standard and discount rates within the continental US and Canada from your personal computer.
NOTE: To install the rating program, it is recommended that you first exit all Windows programs (except Internet Explorer). The approximate time required to download the program is:
