Chester, the 2008 Maryland Rookie of the Year, won the state’s Tank Truck title this year. A professional driver for 34 years, he has been a contractor for FedEx Ground based in Hagerstown for the past 12 years. During his career, Chester has accumulated more than 2.8 million miles without ever having an accident. Away from work, he enjoys landscaping, reading and model railroads. Chester and his wife Kathy have three children (Christine, Rebecca and Stephen) and live in Hagerstown, Md.
