A professional driver for 35 years, he has been a contractor for FedEx Ground based in Hagerstown for the past 13 years. During his career, Chester has accumulated more than 2.8 million miles without ever having had an accident. Away from work, he enjoys fishing and model railroads. Chester and his wife Kathy have three children (Christine, Rebecca and Stephen) and live in Hagerstown, Md.
