Joe drove away with the Massachusetts Step Van title in just his first year of competing at the TDC. A 25-year driver for FedEx Express based in Needham, he has earned his 17-year safe-driving award and accumulated close to 200,000 accident-free miles. Away from work, Joe enjoys baseball. He and his wife Paula have two daughters, Michelle and Melissa, and live in Mendon, Mass.
