Joe won his first Arizona state title in the Straight Truck class on just his third try. As a contractor for FedEx Ground in Tempe for the past four years, he has been awarded three Purple Promise Awards, been named Contractor of the Year and has also been nominated for the company¹s Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Joe has racked up more than 1 million miles during his 30-year professional driving career. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and cooking. Known for his witty sense of humor, Joe is also a coach for Special Olympics. He and his wife Rosanne, who live in Chandler, Ariz., are the parents of four children: Steven, Brenda, Suzie and Lisa.
