Willie is now a four-time state winner after picking up the 4-Axle title at the Indiana TDC. He also earned the Grand Champion honor. With close to 1.6 million safe-driving miles during his 18-year career, Willie has driven for FedEx Freight out of Indianapolis for 14 years. In addition to being an associate pastor for his church, he also coaches junior and senior boys¹ basketball. Willie and his wife Pauline have five children: Kirkland, Terrick, Tanya, Daron and Jhalyn. In his spare time, Willie enjoys playing softball, fishing and golfing.
