What is the FedEx and Delta SkyMiles program?

The FedEx and Delta SkyMiles program is an exclusive offer from FedEx for Delta SkyMiles members. The program offers Delta SkyMiles members the chance to earn miles for shipping with FedEx®.

Who is eligible for the FedEx and Delta SkyMiles program?

To be eligible for the discount, a participant must open or have an active FedEx account in good standing, be a U.S.-based payor, complete the agreement, be deemed eligible by FedEx and abide by the program terms. The participant must also be a member of the Delta SkyMiles program. Customers who have a FedEx shipping discount of more than 26% are not eligible to earn miles with the Delta SkyMikes program for shipping with FedEx®.

However, if your discounts are over 26% and you are using a business account, you may want to consider opening a personal account to take advantage of the FedEx Delta SkyMiles program.

How many miles can I earn with this program?

Participants will earn 100 miles for every FedEx One Rate℠ shipment, up to 10,000 miles. FedEx One Rate is valid on FedEx Express® shipments only.

How many airline carrier or hotel rewards programs can I become a member of through FedEx?

As a customer of FedEx, you are eligible to become a member of one airline carrier or hotel rewards program.

What are the eligible FedEx services for this program?

Particpants will earn points for all FedEx Express®, FedEx Ground® and FedEx Home Delivery® shipments.

Why are miles not being credited to my Delta SkyMiles account?

Due to validating all information required for entry into the program and the matching process FedEx and Delta perform, it may take up to 6-8 weeks for final confirmation in the program. Prior to validation being completed, packages shipped during this timeframe may not be credited to your account if enrollment is not confirmed.

Why are miles not being credited to my Delta SkyMiles account when I ship via FedEx Ground at a FedEx Office location?

FedEx Ground shipping labels that are produced by a FedEx Office team member at the point of sale are not eligible and the shipment will not register under your FedEx account.

When you ship via FedEx Ground at a FedEx Office location, please bring a printed shipping label for your shipment so miles will be credited to your account.

Why do you require my email address for the FedEx and Delta SkyMiles program?

Since this program is administered online, email is the best way for FedEx to communicate with you. If you have any concerns, please review the FedEx Privacy Policy.

Why was I removed from the FedEx and Delta SkyMiles program after enrolling?

Customers who have a FedEx® shipping discount of more than 26% are not eligible to earn miles with the FedEx and Delta SkyMiles program. You may re-enroll with a FedEx account that has discounts of 26% or less to begin earning miles for your shipments again.

Is it fast and easy to enroll?

Yes, it only takes a minute to complete the short online enrollment form. You will need to enter the your Delta SkyMiles Number.

Can I still use my existing FedEx account?

Yes, you can continue to use your existing FedEx account. You will earn miles for shipments made with your existing FedEx account. Just have your existing FedEx account number ready when you are ready to enroll.

If I don’t have a FedEx account number, how do I apply for one?

If you do not currently have a FedEx account number, a FedEx account number will be issued to you after completion of the enrollment application and all eligibility requirements are met.
