Can I upload multiple files?

FedEx Office Print Online enables you to easily upload multiple files. Simply click the Browse button on the Upload Files page and upload as many files as you wish by clicking the Add File to Job List button.

What is the maximum file size FedEx Office Print Online will accept?

Each file can be up to 100 MB in size.

Can I set up different print options for each uploaded file?

Multiple jobs within one order can have different printing and binding options.

How do I combine files into one order?

After uploading two or more files, click the Combine Files button on the Upload Files page. The Combine Files into One Print Job page appears. Highlight the first file you wish to combine and click the Add button. Repeat this process until you’ve added the files you desire. Then, enter a job name in the Print Job Name field and click OK.

Can I uncombine files?

Once files are combined, they cannot be uncombined. If needed, you can click the Remove Job button to delete the combined job and start over.

Can I upload and combine files of mixed orientation?

You may upload and combine files of mixed orientation (landscape and portrait). When you do, FedEx Office Print Online responds with this message: “Landscape pages in the print job have been changed to portrait orientation.”

Can I have my order printed, bound and shipped using FedEx Office Print Online?

With FedEx Office Print Online, you can print, bind and ship your order from any Internet-enabled computer.

What if I don’t see the feature I desire?

When setting up your printing options, click the Add special instructions (optional) link. Enter special instructions about processing your order and press OK. Click here to learn more about entering special instructions.

Will you print copyrighted files?

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, FedEx Office does not print copyrighted files. You are required to check the Terms and Conditions box on the Order Confirmation page—indicating that you have read the FedEx Office Terms and Conditions—before placing your FedEx Office Print Online order.

Can I save an order and return later to finish setting it up?

If you are registered and signed in when setting up your print options, FedEx Office Print Online will save your work and allow you to return to finish your online order.

Why would I add special instructions to my order?

You may enter special instructions to your order when:

You do not see the option for which you are looking.
You want to include additional information about how to produce your order.
You attempt to upload an unsupported file type and page size, like oversized signs and graphics.

How do I add special instructions?

When you add special instructions to an order, you cannot:

Preview the order online.
Receive pricing and pay online.
Have the order delivered via courier.

What action is required when adding special instructions to an order?

When you add special instructions to an order, you are required to phone the center to complete your order. If you forget to phone the center to complete your order, the center will attempt to reach you.

If I’m in the U.S., can I print an international order?

On the FedEx Office Print Online Home page, click the For non-U.S. FedEx Office orders link. The Select International Center page appears. Select the international country and location to produce your order. Note that you must click this link when starting a non-U.S. order.

Which international centers can accept FedEx Office Print Online orders?

Only centers designated as English-speaking can produce FedEx Office Print Online orders.

You may phone the center to see whether they can produce your order in less time.

Can I choose the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center I want to print my order?

When registering for FedEx Office Print Online, you can store your favorite center location in your preferences. Or, when indicating that you want to pick up your order, you may enter your ZIP code to see which locations are closest to you. When you do, FedEx Office Print Online displays a list of available centers and their hours of operation. You can also view and print a map and directions.

If I ship my order: Which FedEx shipping options are available?

e-Courier is the third-party vendor that delivers couriered orders for a fee.

Does someone need to be present to receive my couriered order?

e-Courier will only deliver an order to the named recipient or to someone who is willing to sign off on it on their behalf (such as an office receptionist, hotel desk clerk or resident cohabitant). e-Courier will never leave an order without a signature unless specifically instructed by the sender, the recipient or FedEx Office eCommerce Support.

Is courier service available at all FedEx Office Print & Ship Centers?

Courier service is available to destinations within twenty miles of a FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. Orders with special instructions cannot be delivered via courier.

Can I courier jobs within one order to separate locations?

Although orders can contain multiple jobs with different print options, they can only be couriered to a single location.

During what hours is the courier delivery service available?

Delivery occurs between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. local time Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

When delivering an order via courier, FedEx Office Print Online selects the producing center location closest to the delivery destination.

The total price (including taxes and shipping costs) displays on the Order Confirmation page, except when special instructions are added. After placing your order, the Thank You for Your Order page appears. This printable page serves as your receipt. Highlight the job you wish to reprint and click the Reuse Print Job button.
