Before uploading your files, you may convert your files to PDF in the supported page sizes.
- Can I upload multiple files?

FedEx Office Print Online enables you to easily upload multiple files. Simply click the Browse button on the Upload Files page and upload as many files as you wish by clicking the Add File to Job List button.
- What is the maximum file size FedEx Office Print Online will accept?

Each file can be up to 100 MB in size.
- Can I set up different print options for each uploaded file?

Multiple jobs within one order can have different printing and binding options.
- How do I combine files into one order?

After uploading two or more files, click the Combine Files button on the Upload Files page. The Combine Files into One Print Job page appears. Highlight the first file you wish to combine and click the Add button. Repeat this process until you’ve added the files you desire. Then, enter a job name in the Print Job Name field and click OK.
- Can I uncombine files?

Once files are combined, they cannot be uncombined. If needed, you can click the Remove Job button to delete the combined job and start over.
- Can I upload and combine files of mixed orientation?

You may upload and combine files of mixed orientation (landscape and portrait). When you do, FedEx Office Print Online responds with this message: “Landscape pages in the print job have been changed to portrait orientation.”
- Can I have my order printed, bound and shipped using FedEx Office Print Online?

With FedEx Office Print Online, you can print, bind and ship your order from any Internet-enabled computer.
- What if I don’t see the feature I desire?

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, FedEx Office does not print copyrighted files. You are required to check the Terms and Conditions box on the Order Confirmation page—indicating that you have read the FedEx Office Terms and Conditions—before placing your FedEx Office Print Online order.
- Can I save an order and return later to finish setting it up?

If you are registered and signed in when setting up your print options, FedEx Office Print Online will save your work and allow you to return to finish your online order.

FedEx Office Print Online provides you with an estimated completion time and date based on the printing and options you selected. If desired, you may request a different date and time. However, you cannot override the minimum system-generated date and time.

- Can I choose the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center I want to print my order?

When registering for FedEx Office Print Online, you can store your favorite center location in your preferences. Or, when indicating that you want to pick up your order, you may enter your ZIP code to see which locations are closest to you. When you do, FedEx Office Print Online displays a list of available centers and their hours of operation. You can also view and print a map and directions.

Note: Shipping dates are dependent upon the selected order options. e-Courier is the third-party vendor that delivers couriered orders for a fee.

e-Courier will only deliver an order to the named recipient or to someone who is willing to sign off on it on their behalf (such as an office receptionist, hotel desk clerk or resident cohabitant). e-Courier will never leave an order without a signature unless specifically instructed by the sender, the recipient or FedEx Office eCommerce Support.

Courier service is available to destinations within twenty miles of a FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. Orders with special instructions cannot be delivered via courier.

Although orders can contain multiple jobs with different print options, they can only be couriered to a single location.

Delivery occurs between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. local time Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

When delivering an order via courier, FedEx Office Print Online selects the producing center location closest to the delivery destination.

FedEx Office Print Online calculates pricing based on the selected printing and binding options, delivery method and producing center location. The total price (including taxes and shipping costs) displays on the Order Confirmation page, except when special instructions are added. If you enter a promo code or National Discount Card number and click Apply discount, you will also see the discount on the Order Confirmation page. - How can I get a receipt for my FedEx Office Print Online order?

- Sign in to FedEx Office Print Online.
- Highlight the job you wish to reprint and click the Reuse Print Job button.
- Following the on-screen instructions, change any printing, binding and shipping options, or simply submit the order as is.
