Print to our self-service machines using your BlackBerry smartphone, iPhone or USB flash drive.

  • Accepted file types include Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF documents, as well as JPEG, BMP, GIF, PNG and other image types.

How do I print from my iPhone?

Once you have downloaded the HP ePrint service application to your iPhone, it's simple:

1. Select the HP ePrint service application from the application dashboard.

2. Choose content you would like to print from within one of the choices presented in the HP ePrint app (e-mail*, photo, web, clipboard, and supported file types you have stored in iTunes Shared folder)

* You will need to set-up your e-mail account within the HP ePrint app prior to being able to print. See your e-mail settings found in your iPhone settings for your e-mail information.

3. Go to Select Printer and enter keyword search criteria, or “Near me” option to use GPS functionality to locate the FedEx Office locations nearest you.

4. Select the FedEx Office location you want to print to, select Print

5. In Job History, select the job you want to print to get the release code that will release your printout at the FedEx Office location of your choice.

From this same screen, find the store information like phone, map, and address to help you navigate to your selected FedEx Office location

6. Go to a machine in the self-service area at FedEx Office and enter your code.

7. Preview your order. Select your print options. Print and you’re done.

How do I print from my BlackBerry smartphone?

Once you have downloaded the HP ePrint application to your BlackBerry smartphone, it's simple:

1. Select the email with the attachment(s) you want to print. Simply open your email – there is no need to open the attachment(s).

2. Select "Print" from the BlackBerry menu, which will now be in your menu options.

3. Search and select your preferred FedEx Office location.

4. Select 'Print' to submit the job.

5. You will receive a confirmation email with a retrieval code.

6. Go to a machine in the self-service area at FedEx Office and enter your code.

7. Preview your order.  Select your print options. Print and you're done.

How do I print from my Android device?

Once you have downloaded the HP ePrint service application to your Android device, it's simple:

1.Select the HP ePrint service application from the application dashboard.
