Exhibitors

As an event exhibitor, you have specific needs. You want to build traffic to your booth, draw attention to a product or service, and gather contacts and information. Discover how FedEx OfficeSM products and services can help you reach your goals and deliver results.

Brochures and Flyers

Give event attendees something tactile and engaging that they can turn to after the event. Brochures and flyers are the perfect way to reach out to them and share more information than what's covered in your booth display. Many companies offer tip sheets, company profiles, special offers, frequently asked questions or marketing information about their business in handout format. This helps you connect with potential customers and give them a more in-depth view of your company, products and services.

Full-color brochures. Create something that will inspire potential customers. Provide event attendees with eye-catching brochures that give them a look at your company, the services you provide and subtle reasons to choose you over the competition. Use images to round out the brochure.

Flyers. Choose a full- or half-page flyer to share more relevant information with event attendees. Create flyers offering tips, company profiles, special offers, frequently asked questions or marketing information about your business, to complement your brochure or other collateral.

Booklets and folders. Combine all your important information into a packet for your potential customers to view at a later time. Design components to correlate in theme and design, and compile them all into a cohesive package.

Make your brochures and flyers stand out with these simple design tips.

  • Include a full-color logo, tagline or other differentiating item in each of your pieces to ensure event attendees are instantly aware that it came from your business, and to help build brand recognition.
  • Use varied fonts to differentiate between elements, or to draw the eye to specifics that you want to highlight.
  • Choose from either the serif or sans serif families and then decide on two to four fonts.
  • Use a font with a heavier weight (thicker letters) for impact, with a lighter-weight font for the majority of the copy.
  • If a photo shoot isn't in your budget, consider using stock photography for your brochures and flyers. Stock images can be purchased from a variety of sources, with prices that start at only a few dollars.
  • Use color to set your piece apart from others. Choose primary tones that "pop" and make sure that your logo is printed in color, on both the front and back of your piece.
