  • Use a splash of color, if possible, to turn a basic handout into an eye-catching piece.
  • Remember to include your logo on every piece you print.
  • If printing in black & white, use three or four different fonts to differentiate between pieces of information. Use heavier fonts to make information stand out, or highlight important information by designing an offset section of copy that draws the eye.
  • Drop off your files at the nearest FedEx Office or send them to the one located at the convention or hotel site. Typically, your brochures will be ready within 24 hours, or a few days for more complex projects.
  • If you run out of brochures and flyers, we can quickly print more so you can replenish your supplies. If you're using a FedEx Office within the hotel at which you're staying, you can even have your order sent up to your room upon completion.
