FedEx Office and Adobe® Systems, Incorporated have teamed up to enhance your online printing experience. When you select Send to FedEx Office within your Adobe software, your PDF file will be uploaded and sent to FedEx Office for printing, binding and shipping. While your file is being transferred, your default Web browser will display an “Upload Status” page to enable you to monitor the process. Once your document has been received by FedEx Office, your Web browser will navigate to FedEx OfficeSM Print Online where you can customize your order and complete the submission process.
All of the more than 1,400 FedEx OfficeSM Print & Ship Centers in the U.S. can process FedEx OfficeSM Print Online documents uploaded via supported versions of Adobe Reader® and Adobe Acrobat®.

The current versions of Adobe Reader® and Adobe Acrobat® no longer automatically support the Send to FedEx Office feature. If you recently upgraded your Adobe software from version 8.1 to the current release, the Send to FedEx Office feature was removed.
However, a custom installation of Adobe Reader has been developed and is available for download here. Users who download and install this configuration of Adobe Reader will enjoy the same Send to FedEx Office feature present in Adobe Reader 8.1.
Send to FedEx Office feature available exclusively when the latest version of Adobe® Reader® is downloaded here.
Users who download Adobe® Reader® from Adobe.com or upgrade their Adobe software via the software's “Check for updates” feature will not have access to the Send to FedEx Office feature.
However, a custom installation of Adobe Reader has been developed and is available for download here. Users who download and install this configuration of Adobe Reader will enjoy the same Send to FedEx Office feature present in Adobe Reader 8.1.
Each file can be up to 100 MB in size.
FedEx OfficeSM Print Online supports the upload and processing of PDF v. 1.6 documents (and below). Content requiring PDF v. 1.7 is not currently supported.
No. If the document’s settings do not allow local printing, FedEx Office will also be unable to print the document.
If the PDF form’s settings allow the entered data to be saved with the form, then the form data can be sent to FedEx Office and printed. If the data cannot be saved with the file, then FedEx Office will neither receive, nor be able to print, the data you entered into the form.
FedEx Office will not be able to successfully process your order if the PDF file you upload has password security associated with it.

Yes. With Fedex OfficeSM Print Online, you can print, bind and ship your order from any Internet-enabled computer.

With FedEx OfficeSM Print Online, you can pick up your order, ship it using FedEx or courier your order (where available, for a fee).
FedEx OfficeSM Print Online provides you with an estimated completion date and time based on selected printing, binding and finishing options. Orders without special instructions will take a minimum of 4 hours to produce; orders with special instructions will take a minimum of 10 hours to produce. You cannot override these system-generated minimums.
If you need an order before the estimated completion date and time, you may call the producing center to see whether they can accommodate your request. The phone number appears on the order confirmation e-mail, along with the order number.
FedEx OfficeSM Print Online supports U.S. orders in the following page sizes:
- 8.5 x 11
- 8.5 x 14
- 11 x 17
When possible, please ensure your document's pages are sized appropriately prior to uploading. If the dimensions of your document's pages do not match the supported parameters, your document will be automatically categorized as a FedEx OfficeSM Print Online Special Instruction order. Online price quotes are not available for Special Instruction orders.

To process a FedEx OfficeSM Print Online order produced in the U.S., you must pay for your order using a credit card or FedEx Office Commercial Account number. However, if your order requires special instructions and you are picking up your order, you may pay for it at the center.
FedEx OfficeSM Print Online accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Card and Discover. You may use your FedEx shipping account to pay for shipping.
Yes, you can! Simply enter your FedEx Office Commercial Account number on the Order Confirmation page, and click the Update Price button to see your order total.
