Top tips for My FedEx®.


Upgrade for more control. 
Using the original My FedEx®? It’s easy to switch to the customizable, Flash-enabled version that’s described here. Just log in and click the Start Now button in the upper right of your My FedEx page. You can easily switch back at any time.

Use a Watch List in Advanced Tracking. 
Are some shipments more important than others? Or would you like to group shipments according to common contents, recipients or some other info? Just assign the selected shipments to a Watch List — by clicking the star to the left of each shipment in the Advanced Tracking list. Then you can use the quick filter to view only your Watch List shipments.

 

Get automatic notifications. 
In the Advanced Tracking module, select the Features drop-down menu, then click the E-Mail Notifications tab at the bottom. Choose as many notifications and recipients as you need.

Try mobile. 
Did you know that My FedEx (original HTML version) is accessible via your cell phone or PDA? Try it! Just go to fedex.com from your mobile browser.
