Top tips for FedEx® Billing Online Plus.
To change from FedEx® Billing Online to FedEx® Billing Online Plus, simply log in, go to Preferences under Manage Account Settings, and select the Change Billing Medium option.
Keep data indefinitely.
Your data is stored online for 90 days. But by downloading files and using the flat file rerporting tool, you can keep your data and reports indefinitely.
Manage multiple accounts.
You can tie all your FedEx accounts to a primary account, and your administrator can add or remove accounts anytime as needed. To add additional accounts, just go to Preferences.
If FedEx® shipments are expenses you can pass through, automatic notifications and downloads can enable you to bill immediately and collect accurately.
Get resolution with online convenience.
If you need to question a charge, you can sumbit a dispute and even enter supporting information with just a few simple clicks. You can dispute non-service related errors such as inaccurate or duplicate invoices. If your shipment is lost or damaged, you will need to file a claim at FedEx® Claims Online.
