Help Options

Help Menu

  • Click the Help menu at the top of each page to access the following tools:

Dimensions

A Dimensions Profile allows you to save up to 20 different packaging profiles that you frequently use when sending your shipments via FedEx.

Use a Dimensions Profile

  1. While creating a shipment with FedEx Ship Manager, select Your Packaging as the package type in the Package and Shipment Details section. The Dimensions field will display.
  2. Select a profile from the Dimensions drop-down menu.

Sort the Dimensions Profiles

Select a column header to sort the table in ascending or descending order for that column.

Delete a Dimensions Profile

Choose one or more profile(s), and click Delete.

Edit a Dimensions Profile

Choose the profile, and click Edit to make changes.

Create a Dimensions Profile on the Dimensions screen

  1. Click Create New Profile.
  2. Enter the L (length), W (width), and H (height), and then select the unit of measurement from the drop-down menu.
  3. Enter the profile Description (up to 10 characters).
  4. Click Save.

Save a Dimensions Profile while Creating a Shipment

  1. Select Your Packaging as the package type in the Package and Shipment Details section.
  2. Select Enter Dimensions Manually from the Dimensions drop-down menu.
  3. Enter the L (length), W (width), and H (height).
  4. Click Save Dimensions Profile.
  5. Enter the Profile Name (up to 10 characters). The profile will be saved after the shipment is processed.
