Use FedEx Ship Manager® to create and print a return label, then include it either in the original shipment to your customer or in a separate correspondence. Your customer can then apply this label to the package as needed and drop it off at the nearest FedEx drop-off location, schedule a pickup or include it with a regular scheduled pickup.

The FedEx Print Return Label also gives you flexibility — no charges are assessed until the label is used. In addition, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) reference field, printed on the label and your invoice, is available to help you track the status of your return shipments.

FedEx SmartPost® Returns is an ideal way for businesses to provide their customers with a convenient returns method. It is a cost-effective, reliable solution that utilizes the strength of the FedEx® network and the nationwide access points of the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Create and print a return label, then include it in the original shipment to your customer. Your customer can then apply this prepaid label to the package as needed and return the package in one of the following convenient ways:
  • Through a local U.S. Post Office™ location, blue collection boxes, mailboxes and mail carriers. To find the nearest USPS location go to the USPS website, usps.com, and click Find Locations or call 1.800.ASKUSPS (1.800.275.8777).
  • Through a free package pickup. Return shippers can request a free pickup by the USPS from their home or business address by going to usps.com/pickup.
  • Through the nearest staffed FedEx Office, FedEx World Service Center® or FedEx Authorized ShipCenter® location, or a participating FedEx ShipSite® at OfficeMax® location. Find a location.
The FedEx SmartPost prepaid return label also gives you flexibility — no charges are assessed until the label is used. In addition, you and your customer can track the status of the return shipment online.
Delivery Area Available throughout all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, all U.S. territories, and military APO, FPO and DPO destinations.

Use FedEx Ship Manager® at fedex.com or other FedEx Ship Manager® solutions to create and print an international return label, plus customs documentation, then include them either in the original shipment to your customer or in a separate correspondence via a PDF attachment. Your customer can then apply this label and customs documentation to the return package.

The international FedEx Print Return Label also gives you flexibility — no charges are assessed until the label is used. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) reference field is optional and can be printed on the label and your invoice, to help you track the status of your return shipments. FedEx also gives you the option to link the outbound and return shipments by tracking numbers, so you have full visibility to the round-trip shipment for both cost and inventory control.

Available for FedEx International First®, FedEx International Priority®, FedEx International Economy®, FedEx International Priority® Freight, FedEx International Economy® Freight, FedEx International Ground® and various intra-country services where available.

FedEx Email Return Label: automated solution for creating and sending return labels electronically to customers

The customer receives an email with a link and barcode they can use to access the label. They can either:
  • Click the link to print the label and apply it to the package, then request a pickup or drop the package off at the nearest FedEx drop-off location.
  • Or, show the barcode on their mobile device at a FedEx Office® or FedEx World Service Center® counter, where a FedEx team member will scan and print the label for them.
For your customer's convenience, the email also includes links for scheduling a pickup and finding drop-off locations in the area.

The FedEx Email Return Label also gives you and your customer flexibility. You decide how much time your customer has to print the label, and no charges are assessed until the label is used. Your customer decides if they want to print it using the link provided or let FedEx print it for them by showing the mobile barcode. Service Description These preprinted labels are an easy way to manage your returns and other inbound FedEx Express® shipments. They're trackable, time- and cost-effective solutions that enable you to choose a FedEx® delivery service in advance.

FedEx Express Billable Stamps take the place of airbills. No charges are assessed until the stamp is used. The recipient's information is preprinted on the stamp.
Delivery Area Available for FedEx Priority Overnight®, FedEx Standard Overnight®, FedEx 2Day® A.M. and FedEx 2Day® delivery throughout the U.S. Saturday delivery is also available.

Service Description These prepaid shipping labels for FedEx Express® shipments allow you to allocate shipping costs — and specify a FedEx® delivery service — upfront.

FedEx Express Prepaid Stamps are nonrefundable and nontransferable. FedEx reserves the right to bill an additional amount for packages that exceed standard acceptance limits or require special handling.

FedEx Ground® Package Returns Program (PRP): manual solution for providing your customers with FedEx Ground return labels that have been preprinted by FedEx

Service Description FedEx Ground PRP simplifies returns from your customers in the U.S. and Canada. You provide a preprinted return label to your customer, who can apply it as needed. No pickup fee applies for FedEx Ground PRP pickups (residential or commercial). Contract-only service; contact your FedEx account executive for more information.
Delivery Area Available for FedEx Ground® delivery throughout all 50 states, and to, from and within Canada (FedEx Ground PRP returns from Canada must include complete customs documentation).

Service Description You arrange for us to create and deliver return shipping labels to your customer and collect the item for return. You schedule the pickup: the same day or the next business day, Monday through Friday. Your customer simply needs to have the package ready for pickup when the FedEx Express courier arrives. A shipping label and customer receipt will be printed on-site. We make one pickup attempt as part of this service.
Delivery Area

Available for FedEx Priority Overnight®, FedEx Standard Overnight®, FedEx 2Day® A.M. and FedEx 2Day® deliveries in the majority of cities throughout all 50 states. Coverage is limited in remote areas. We can pick up from both commercial and residential locations.

FedEx Ground® Call Tag: premium solution for scheduling a FedEx-delivered return label with a ground return pickup

Service Details
Service Description We create and deliver a return shipping label to your customer, and collect the item for return. Your customer simply needs to have the package ready for pickup when the FedEx Ground driver arrives. You can schedule a pickup for the next business day and up to 10 business days in advance. Business days are Monday through Friday for commercial pickups; Tuesday through Saturday for residential pickups. We make three pickup attempts as part of the service.
Delivery Area Available for FedEx Ground® deliveries throughout all 50 states and intra-Canada (no transborder service to or from Canada).
Instructions Schedule a FedEx Ground Call Tag online using FedEx Ship Manager® at fedex.com or FedEx Return Manager®. For information on other FedEx Ship Manager® solutions, contact your FedEx account executive.
You can also schedule a FedEx Ground Call Tag by selecting Schedule a Pickup from the Ship tab, then selecting "FedEx Ground Call Tag" from the Schedule a Package Pickup drop-down menu. Or call 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339 and say "schedule a pickup."
