At FedEx Freight East, we are taking extra precautions to ensure your freight is protected from freezing. With our on-line weather service, we are well informed of the approaching and changing weather conditions. This allows FedEx Freight East to position additional protective equipment where needed, when needed.

Please review our "Freezable Advisories" currently in effect to determine any areas where we cannot currently pick up freezable shipments. Please call your local service center or Claims Prevention at 1.800.874.4723 for equipment availability information. Full product liability protection will be provided up to the limits established in the Rules Tariff FXF 100 series. This service applies to shipments to FedEx Freight East's direct points under our policy for accepting and handling freezable shipments*.
