FedEx Ground Discontinues Service to Puerto Rico

In an effort to improve the value we provide to our customers, FedEx Ground will discontinue FedEx International Ground^® service to Puerto Rico, effective May 15, 2009. After that date, customers can direct all Puerto Rico shipments to the FedEx Express^® network. FedEx International Economy^® service to Puerto Rico provides time-definite, door-to-door delivery in 2 to 3 business days, all backed by the FedEx Money-Back Guarantee¹.

With FedEx International Economy, simply complete a FedEx^® International Air Waybill or create your shipping label as you normally would on fedex.com or other electronic shipping solutions. And, shipments traveling to Puerto Rico via FedEx International Economy do not require a Commercial Invoice.
