FedEx Retail Counter Rates apply when you process your shipment at the counter in staffed FedEx locations in the U.S. and pay for your shipping with cash, check, debit or credit card. - The shipping specialists at FedEx World Service Center locations can help you choose a delivery service, complete documentation and process your packages. Many locations are open late and on Saturdays to accommodate your schedule.
- Drop off your shipments, or we'll process them for you at the counter.
- Purchase boxes and other packaging supplies.
- Check our Dropoff Locator for the list of services, such as Saturday service, offered at each location.
- Charge your shipments to your FedEx account, or use checks, credit cards and cash, which are accepted at most locations.

- FedEx Authorized ShipCenter® locations: independently owned pack-and-ship locations
- Stop by these independently owned locations for packaging and shipping services. Most also offer faxing, copying and other business services.
- Look for AIM Mail Center®, Packaging Store®, PakMail®, Parcel Plus®, Postal Annex+®, Neighborhood Postal Center® and PostNet® locations; locations affiliated with Associated Mail and Parcel Centers®; and others.
- You can ship both FedEx Express® and FedEx Ground® packages at most locations. For more information, check our Drop-off Locator.

- There are more than 43,000 secure drop boxes in office buildings, shopping malls, airports, grocery stores, FedEx Office locations, select Post OfficeTM locations and other busy areas.
- Ship FedEx Express® packages up to 20" x 12" x 6".
- Most have a limited quantity of airbills and packaging supplies.
- Some offer Saturday pickup. If not, packages are picked up on Monday.
- Do not place FedEx SameDay® and FedEx® International Next Flight packages; FedEx Ground® packages; or packages containing clinical samples, dangerous goods or Biological Substance, Category B (UN 3373) in drop boxes.

Track a shipment
- Track at fedex.com by tracking number: up to 30 shipments at a time
- Track up to 30 FedEx Express®, FedEx Ground®, FedEx Home Delivery®, FedEx Freight® and FedEx Custom Critical® shipments, or FedEx Office orders, and sign up to receive automatic e-mail notification of critical shipping events.
- Track at fedex.com by reference: via your internal reference information
- Select Track by Reference, then enter the invoice number, purchase order, department number, Return Material Authorization number or other reference you provided at the time of shipment.
- My FedEx® Advanced Tracking at fedex.com: shipment-status updates
- My FedEx Advanced Tracking provides shipment-status updates in an easy-to-scan format, with search and filtering capabilities that help you quickly find information about your shipments.
To use it, log in to My FedEx, then select the Advanced Tracking tab. You'll benefit from:- The most current available information for your shipment. Get the updates you need to plan ahead and confirm that important shipments have arrived.
- A broad view of your shipping activity. View your inbound, outbound and third-party shipments separately or in a consolidated table.
- Advanced filtering. Apply up to six different filters — ship date, service type, your reference data, or many others — to quickly identify key shipment information.
- Dynamic search. As you type information in the Search field, your results narrow down until you find the data you need.
- Delay notification. You're notified when a delivery exception or clearance delay occurs.
- Export capabilities. Download your data into spreadsheets using the Export feature.
- FedEx InSight®: manage across multiple locations and accounts
- FedEx InSight is a shipment-status tracking and management tool for moderate- to high-volume shippers tracking high-value shipments. It monitors your shipping activity and provides status updates for your FedEx Express®, FedEx Ground® and FedEx Freight® shipments. It's ideal for managing your shipments across multiple locations and accounts. Get more information.
- Track from your desktop
- FedEx Desktop helps you actively monitor your shipments. You can personalize your view by nicknaming your shipments, adding notes or placing important shipments on a watch list. FedEx Desktop also will notify you when shipments are delivered or when certain shipment exceptions occur.
- Track using your mobile device: FedEx® Mobile
- If your device has a mobile Web browser, you can access FedEx Mobile to track packages and manage your shipping. Quickly get status updates on packages sent from your mobile device by clicking on the tracking number. Or enter tracking numbers and have results sent to as many as three e-mail addresses.
- Track from your iPhone: FedEx® Mobile for iPhone
- FedEx Mobile for iPhone ties your shipment information together. Any FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight or FedEx Custom Critical shipping label created with your account, added to My FedEx Advanced Tracking or tracked with FedEx Desktop, automatically shows up on your iPhone. Learn more.
