FedEx ExpressTag 

With the FedEx ExpressTag, you can arrange for us to create and deliver return shipping labels to your customer and collect the item for return. You schedule the pickup: the same day or the next business day, Monday through Friday. Your customer simply needs to have the package ready for pickup when the FedEx Express courier arrives. A shipping label and customer receipt will be printed on-site.


We make one pickup attempt as part of this service.

FedEx ExpressTag Service Details 
Delivery Area

Available for FedEx Priority Overnight®, FedEx Standard Overnight® and FedEx 2Day® deliveries in the majority of cities throughout all 50 states. Coverage is limited in remote areas. We can pick up from both commercial and residential locations.

Instructions

Schedule a FedEx ExpressTag online using FedEx Ship Manager® at fedex.com. For information on other FedEx Ship Manager® solutions, contact your FedEx account executive.

Exceptions
  • FedEx SameDay®, FedEx First Overnight®, FedEx Express Saver® and FedEx Express® Freight services are not available.
  • FedEx ExpressTag labels are not available through FedEx Ship Manager® Software and FedEx Ship Manager® Server.
  • Dangerous goods, hazardous materials and dry ice cannot be shipped.
Special Fees

A $4 per-package service fee will apply.

Additional Information
  • Additional service options available include Saturday delivery and Hold at FedEx Location.
  • FedEx ExpressTag labels are available through the following electronic shipping tools: FedEx Ship Manager® at fedex.com (including for Shipping Administration users), FedEx Ship Manager® API (including ESDS and XML) and FedEx Ship Manager® Direct.
  • The maximum declared value is $50,000, payable upon loss or visible damage noted at time of delivery. Concealed damage is not covered.



 
FedEx Ground Call Tag

We create and deliver a return shipping label to your customer, and collect the item for return. Your customer simply needs to have the package ready for pickup when the FedEx Ground driver arrives. You can schedule a pickup for the next business day and up to 10 business days in advance.

Business days are Monday through Friday for commercial pickups; Tuesday through Saturday for residential pickups. We make three pickup attempts as part of the service.

FedEx Ground Call Tag Service Details 
Delivery Area Available for FedEx Ground® deliveries throughout all 50 states and intra-Canada (no transborder service to or from Canada).
Instructions Schedule a FedEx Ground Call Tag online using FedEx Ship Manager® at fedex.com. For information on other FedEx Ship Manager® solutions, contact your FedEx account executive.
You can also schedule a FedEx Ground Call Tag by selecting Schedule a Pickup from the Ship tab, then selecting "FedEx Ground Call Tag." Or call 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339 and say "schedule a pickup."
