The FedEx Service Guide, which was published effective Jan. 7, 2008, provides service descriptions, FedEx standard list rates and shipping information, FedEx Express Terms and Conditions, and the FedEx Ground Tariff. The FedEx Retail Counter Rates Book, which was published effective Jan. 7, 2008, provides retail counter rates for customers not shipping on a FedEx account who drop off their packages at a staffed FedEx location. FedEx Express Terms and Conditions and the FedEx Ground Tariff apply to both the FedEx Service Guide and the FedEx Retail Counter Rates Book.
The downloadable version of the FedEx Service Guide is interactive and designed to help you quickly find what you need by linking you to more information on a particular topic, plus resources on fedex.com and other Web sites. See the Table of Contents page for more information on how to use this guide.
