To determine which service areas your destination address fall within (A1, A2, AA, and so on), call 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339. For specific delivery commitments, check transit times. A delivery area surcharge will apply to all FedEx® shipments within select ZIP codes. Delivery by cartage agents. For a limited number of ZIP codes, service outside our primary service areas may be provided through cartage agents. The vast majority of these ZIP codes are in remote areas of Alaska and Hawaii. Our delivery commitment time and money-back guarantee policy apply only to the portion of the transportation handled directly by FedEx.
