Printer-Friendly Pick Up Your Package on Your Schedule
If you or your customers can’t be there to receive a shipment, our Hold at FedEx Location service now offers more options at no charge.
No one available to receive your next shipment? No problem. Whether your shipment is traveling inbound or outbound, our Hold at FedEx Location service — which is completely free — allows you to send packages on your schedule, and the recipients to pick up packages on theirs.
We’ve recently expanded the service, too, so whether you choose FedEx Express®, FedEx Ground® or FedEx Home Delivery®, we can hold your packages for convenient pickup for up to five days at a nearby FedEx Office location. Hold at FedEx Location is also available for FedEx Express international shipments at select locations; call 1.800.GoFedEx 1.800.463.3339 and say "international services" for details.
You’re in control
This service is easy to use: Simply designate Hold at FedEx Location when creating your shipping label or documentation. To find a location — and learn more about the available options — go to Hold at FedEx Location. Include the recipients’ telephone number in your documentation and we'll try to contact them after the package arrives at our facility. If you’re a retailer, your customers will love this concierge-level service.
