FedEx Ship Manager version 2353 is available for downloading. Before downloading the software, please complete the preinstallation checklist to prepare your system for software downloading.
FedEx Ship Manager version 2353 does not support the Microsoft
® Windows
® Vista

- Microsoft Windows Vista is not supported with this version.
- Minimum System Requirements
- Intel® Pentium® IV 2.0 GHz recommended (Intel® Pentium IV 1.7 GHz minimum)
- 512 MB RAM recommended (256 MB RAM minimum)
- 200 MB disk space
- LAN or DSL Internet access recommended (dial-up telephone line access minimum)
- 4X CD-ROM or higher
- 3 1/2" floppy drive
- Microsoft® Internet Explorer® v. 6.0
- Available port if using a thermal printer
- Laser and/or inkjet printer for reports and labels
- Screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels recommended (screen resolution of 800 x 600 pixels minimum)
- Virus Protection, Firewall Programs and Other Applications
- Disable any virus protection or firewall programs on your PC, as these may interfere with the installation.
- Close any other open files or applications.
- Download Software - Download version 2353 of FedEx Ship Manager Software. This software is provided and its use is subject to your FedEx Automation Agreement.
If you are currently on a version older than 2308 (e.g., 2286), you must upgrade to version 2308 before installing version 2353. To install version 2308, click Download Software v. 2308.
- Follow on-screen installation instructions.
- The FedEx Ship Manager software installation checks for the following required components during the installation process. If prompted, follow the on-screen instructions to accept the license agreements and to install them on your PC.
