FedEx® DirectLinkTM

FedEx DirectLink is a powerful, electronic data interchange (EDI) enabling software that replaces the paper associated with invoicing processes, helping you dramatically streamline the invoicing procedures involved with your FedEx Express and FedEx Ground shipments.

This ready-to-run program, designed with extensive input from FedEx customers, can bring a new level of accuracy and efficiency to your invoice processing and payment, while almost entirely eliminating invoicing paperwork.

FedEx DirectLink also can be used to request and receive a signature proof of delivery and tracking scan data files. It has two separate modules - Invoice/Remit and Tracking. Both modules include the signature proof of delivery feature.

Ideal for large-volume shippers or shippers with multiple account numbers that process more than 50 shipments per day, DirectLink requires no custom programming and is available free of charge to eligible FedEx account holders who approve a license agreement. Setup time is minimal and you pay no third-party network, transmission, or other operating charges.
