Zebra® Printers

Installing Zebra Printers - Depending on the type of thermal printer you have and the port you are using, you can download and install the current Zebra® printer driver. If you have a replacement printer, you can also uninstall the old printer driver and install the new one. The affected thermal printers are the Zebra® ZP 500® (ZPL), Zebra® ZP 500® Plus (ZPL), Zebra® LP 2844, Zebra® LP 2348plus, Zebra® Z4Mplus and Eltron® Orion 2443.) FedEx Ship Manager Software Version 2372 (Beta Version)

To support the Microsoft® Windows® VistaTM operating system, FedEx has released version 2372 (beta version) of FedEx Ship Manager®. To download this beta version, click Download Software v. 2372 (Beta for Vista). During the installation, turn off any virus protection or firewall programs on your PC. These programs may interfere with the FedEx Ship Manager installation. Close all other open files and programs and then install the software. If you need assistance, please call the FedEx Ship Manager Technical Support Center at 1.877.FDX Assist 1.877.339.2774. Use of this new software version is subject to the terms of the FedEx Automation Agreement you executed to receive FedEx Ship Manager.

Note: FedEx Ship Manager uses the InstallShield Wizard to guide you through the program setup process. The installation includes the Microsoft Visual J#® Redistributable Package 2.0 and the Microsoft.NET Framework 2.0. Follow the on-screen instructions to accept the license agreements for the items and install them on your PC. Download and install the latest service packs and security updates for these components.
