2010 FedEx Racing Recognition Program – "Along for the Ride"

The #11 FedEx Express Toyota will carried the letters MIA on the B-posts for the Daytona 500 in recognition of the Miami team members tireless efforts coordinating the shipment of disaster relief supplies to Haiti following the devastating January 12 earthquake. FedEx is donating more than $1.8 million in cash and in-kind transportation to move 1,000,000 pounds of relief supplies to the devastated area. FedEx is using its logistical expertise to ensure that these life-saving shipments arrive as quickly as possible, and building on a long history of using its global network to deliver important and life-saving aid to victims of natural disasters. The #11 FedEx Freight Toyota carried the letters "WHT" on the B-posts for the Auto Club 500 in recognition of the FedEx Freight service center in Whittier, CA. The center is being recognized for best accident and injury performance within the greater San Bernardino region.

The #11 FedEx Ground Toyota will carried the letters "DSRT" on the B-posts for the Las Vegas race in recognition of the Desert Region's outstanding performance with regards to package care. The FedEx Ground Desert Region includes the cities of Las Vegas, El Paso and San Diego along with the entire states of Arizona and New Mexico.

The #11 FedEx Office Toyota will carried the numbers #7364 on the B-posts for the Atlanta race in recognition of the FedEx Office St. Louis/Tennessee/Indiana sales team. The team is being honored for outstanding sales performance and partnership throughout the FedEx Office network.

The #11 FedEx Express Toyota will carried IAD on the B-posts at Bristol in recognition of the team representing Washington, DC, southern Maryland and northern Virginia. IAD is being honored for performing at a high level during recent record snowfall – delivering excellent service while enduring difficult weather, government shut downs and late flights.

The #11 FedEx Freight Toyota will carried GBO on the B-posts for Denny's win at Martinsville in recognition of the Greensboro FedEx Freight service center. GBO was named service center of the year in the South East division and continues to lead the Charlotte region in overall daily performance measurements – including costumer feedback, efficiency, and performance metrics.

In honor of the March of Dimes being represented on the #11 FedEx Office Toyota in Phoenix, the car carried special identifiers on both b-posts. The driver's side featured the letters LTG in recognition of Lelon Thomas Gilbert. His uncle, Stephen Sasenick, a FedEx Office center manager based in Olathe, Kansas, had already raised over $1700 in donations for the March of Dimes through his online walker page at the time of the race. Stephen chose to honor his nephew who was born prematurely last year. On the passenger side, FedEx Office sales group #0271, also based in Olathe, was recognized for the amount of donations their center raised through fundraising events and donations from online walker pages.

FedEx Ground's Canada region was honored on the b-posts of the #11 FedEx Ground Toyota for Denny's win at Texas. The region was recognized for leading all of FedEx Ground in package care.

The #11 FedEx Express Toyota carried the letters OAK on the B-posts for Denny's fourth place finish at Talladega in recognition of the AGFS and U.S. Operations teams in the Oakland, California market. They have not only taken care of business – exceeding productivity and vehicle safety targets but they also take time to give back to the community – demonstrating a full commitment to their community.

For the second time this season, the #11 FedEx Ground Toyota will carried the letters DSRT on the B-posts in recognition of the Desert Region's outstanding performance with regards to package care. The #11 FedEx Express Toyota will carried the letters CLT on the B-posts for Denny's win at Darlington in recognition of the Air Ground & Freight Services and U.S. Operations teams located in the Charlotte, N.C. market. The team was honored for exemplary workplace performance in addition to a community commitment.

The #11 FedEx Freight Toyota will carried the letters AKR on the B-posts as Denny scored a top-five at Dover in recognition of the Akron service center being named the Northeast Division center of the year. The team is was recognized as a center of excellence based on the key performance metrics of people, service and profit.

The #11 FedEx Office Toyota will carried the numbers 0239 on the B-posts at the Sprint All Star race in Charlotte in honor of the team at Center 0239 who is leading all centers in sales performance, turnover, and customer service scores. The team prides itself on delivering quality products, and works together to provide outstanding customer experiences.

The #11 FedEx Office Toyota carried the numbers 7363 on the B-posts during the Coke 600 in honor of the Ohio-based sales team that is currently leading all centers in the President's Club standings based on sales performance, turnover, and customer service scores. The #11 FedEx Freight Toyota displayed MSP on the B-posts for Denny's dominating win at Pocono in honor of the Minneapolis (Mn.) Service Center. The Minneapolis center has continued to demonstrate a strong commitment towards achieving our People Service Profit initiatives. Within the past fiscal year, the center set a company audit record for a top-ten service center achieving a 99% compliance rating.

The #11 FedEx Ground Toyota will carried the letters CANA to victory lane at Michigan in honor of the FedEx Ground Canada region. The region was recognized on B-posts for leading all of FedEx Ground in package care in the fourth quarter of FY10.

The #11 FedEx Express Toyota carried the letters LAX on the B-posts at Infineon Raceway in recognition of the AGFS and U.S. Operations teams in the Los Angeles area market. The market was recognized for achieving cost savings, and exemplifying both teamwork and efficiency. Additionally, the top performing station in this market, APVA, is ranked #1 the region on the FedEx Express divisional scorecard.

The #11 FedEx Freight Toyota carried the letters HSG on the B-posts at New Hampshire in recognition of the Harrisburg center. HSG is a center of excellence within the FedEx Freight network; the top honor a service center can receive. Over the past year the HSG team has achieved key performance metrics of the areas of people, service and profit.

The #11 FedEx Office Toyota carried the numbers 3616 on the B-post at Daytona International Speedway in recognition of the Elmwood Park center. The center is being recognized for leading in the annual President's Club program, a year-long awards program designed to recognize champion results in sales performance, profit dollars, staff turnover and customer service scores.

The #11 FedEx Ground Toyota carried the letters CENT on the b-post for Denny's top-ten run at Chicagoland Speedway in recognition of the FedEx Ground Central District encompassing Ohio and West Virginia. The center was recognized for service and excelling in package care.

The #11 FedEx Express Toyota carried the letters PIT on the B-posts for the Brickyard 400 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway in recognition of the AGFS and U.S. Operations teams in the Pittsburgh (Pa.) market. Both teams have performed well in their individual areas of operation and collectively as a team.

The #11 FedEx Office Toyota carried the numbers 0730 on the b-post for Denny's top-five run at Pocono Raceway in recognition of the FedEx Office team located in Birmingham (Ala.). The Birmingham / Inverness team was recently named 2010 FedEx Office Group of the year for FY 2010, and is leading the annual President's Club program, which recognizes results in combined performance areas of sales, profit dollars, turnover and customer service.

The #11 FedEx Freight Toyota carried the letters RNY on the b-post at Watkins Glen in recognition of the FedEx Freight team located in Rochester (NY). The Rochester team continues to demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving "People Service Profit" initiatives. During the past fiscal year, Rochester met certain operational metrics which earned them the Compass Excellence award for FY2010.

The #11 FedEx Express Toyota carried the letters DTW on the b-post at Michigan International Speedway in recognition of outstanding work by the AGFS and USGO teams in the Detroit Metro market.

The #11 FedEx Ground Toyota carried the letters CENT on the b-post this weekend at Bristol Motor Speedway in recognition of their excellence in package care.

The #11 FedEx Office Toyota carried the number 7361 on the b-post for Denny's sixth win of the season at Richmond International Raceway in recognition of the Colorado market's outstanding performance and commitment to customer service.

The #11 FedEx Express Toyota carried the letters BOS on the b-post for Denny's second place finish to start the 2010 Chase for the Sprint Cup. BOS recognizes the FedEx Express Boston market's excellence in performance and customer service.

The #11 FedEx Express Toyota carried the letters PHL on the b-post at Dover International in recognition of FedEx Express Philadelphia market's excellence in performance and customer service.

October 3, 2010 Kansas – FedEx Freight (KCM)

The #11 FedEx Freight Toyota carried the letters KCM on the b-post at Kansas Speedway in recognition of the Kansas City, MO Service Center. The center continues to demonstrate a strong commitment towards achieving FedEx initiatives and achieved all FY'10 operational metrics.

The #11 FedEx Office Toyota carried 7363 on the b-post in Fontana in recognition of the FedEx Office Ohio market sales team. The Ohio team is being recognized for excellence in customer service and partnership between the sales team and in-store staff.

The #11 FedEx Ground Toyota carried the letters OHVL on the b-post in Charlotte in recognition of the Ohio Valley District team. The team is being recognized for their consistently strong performance in package care. The Ohio Valley district encompasses the Northern Kentucky hub and its satellite facilities in southwestern Ohio, eastern Indiana, and northern Kentucky.

The #11 FedEx Express Toyota carried the letters MEMH on the b-post for Denny's seventh win of the season in Martinsville in recognition of the more than 10,000 Air, Ground & Freight Services team members who work at FedEx Express' largest hub in Memphis, Tenn. Recently, the Memphis World Hub team was recognized by the Institute of Transport Management as the 2010 "Best Global Cargo Hub." The hub operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week and processes approximately 1.6 million shipments each weeknight.

The #11 FedEx Freight Toyota carried the letters ATA on the b-post at Talladega in recognition of the FedEx National LTL Atlanta (Ga.) Hub Center. The center provides superior pickup and delivery service for its local customers and continues to offer tremendous service and reliability.

The #11 FedEx Office Camry carried the number 0381 on the b-post for Denny's eighth win of the season at Texas Motor Speedway in recognition of the FedEx Office North Tollway team. The group is currently rated as the most improved center team in the annual FedEx Office President's Club program, which recognizes champion results in customer service, sales performance, and profit.

The #11 FedEx Ground Toyota carried the letters PLNS on the b-post at Phoenix International Raceway in recognition of the FedEx Ground Plains district's excellence in package care. The district's leadership in this area has been the result of a strong quality focus and the development of innovative processes that have been adopted company-wide. The Plains district encompasses all of Kansas and Missouri, including the Lenexa and Kansas City hubs, as well as satellite facilities in eastern Nebraska and Iowa. 

The #11 FedEx Express Toyota carried the letters SFL on the b-post for the final race of the season at Homestead-Miami Speedway in recognition of the FedEx Express AGFS and U.S. Operations teams in the South Florida market.
