Important Pit Tour Information
For ticket packages that include hospitality, your ticket package includes a guided tour of pit road prior to the race. Please note that this does not include the garage area, which is restricted by NASCAR. Pit tours typically require a long walk, so those guests with physical disabilities and/or health concerns may want to consult with the FedEx representative guiding the tour beforehand.
Pit Tour Guidelines
Guided pit tours will be provided to all FedEx team member hospitality guests at Las Vegas, Kansas, Dover, Indianapolis, Richmond and Talladega under the following guidelines:
- No food or beverage is allowed on pit road.
- No smoking is allowed on pit road.
- Pit tours are subject to cancellation at NASCAR and/or track discretion.

How should I pay for my tickets?
Visa and MasterCard are the only accepted forms of payment for tickets.
Are my tickets refundable?
Tickets are not refundable.
When can I expect my tickets?
Tickets will be shipped via FedEx to the physical mailing address you provide approximately two weeks prior to the race. Tickets may not be shipped to a P.O. Box.
Is there a limit on the amount of tickets I may purchase?
Each FedEx team member is allowed to purchase up to (4) ticket packages per order, and is allowed to bring up to (3) non-employee guests.
Can I have my grandstand seats next to another FedEx team member?
Only those tickets purchased together as one transaction will be seated together.
Are children allowed to enter the FedEx team member hospitality tent at Las Vegas, Kansas, Dover, Indianapolis, Richmond and Talladega?
Children are allowed, but must have the appropriate ticket for access at Las Vegas, Kansas, Dover, Indianapolis, Richmond and Talladega.
Where should I park my car?
Parking at NASCAR events is first-come, first-served. Please refer to the track's website for further information on parking options.
Will I be able to visit the hospitality chalet during and/or after the race?
In Las Vegas, Kansas, Indianapolis, Richmond and Talladega, FedEx team member hospitality will close at the start of the race and will not re-open during or after the race. In Dover, the FedEx team member hospitality location will remain open until the conclusion of the race.
Will I get to meet a NASCAR driver at team member hospitality in Las Vegas, Kansas, Dover, Indianapolis, Richmond and Talladega?
Various Joe Gibbs Racing personnel will visit team member hospitality in Las Vegas, Kansas, Dover, Indianapolis, Richmond and Talladega. Driver appearances include a question and answer session, and appearances are subject to change and/or cancellation.
Is alcohol served during FedEx team member hospitality events?
Alcohol will not be served during FedEx team member hospitality events.
