The FedEx Diverse Supplier Development (DSD) program, provides avenues for underutilized suppliers to access the FedEx supply chain.

At FedEx, we strive to meet our minority spend goals through a number of means.

First we contract directly with minority and women owned businesses that are competitive in quality, service and cost. In addition, we encourage the inclusion of minority, women, and small-owned businesses within the subcontracting plans of our entire supplier base.
