- Order information is sent from FedEx Information Network and the visibility, connectivity, business rules, order administration functions are required.
- Order is transmitted to the appropriate DC. The order is processed, picked and packed and shipped to the end customer.
- The package is picked up by FedEx, scanned, and delivered to the end customer.
- The Fedex customer is billed for the order.
- If the end customer decides to return the product, the returns are processed in reverse order and delivered to the appropriate network distribution center.
