Description:

To market FedEx services to customers by organizing and directing staff in providing in-depth account representation and penetration in an effort to meet and / or to exceed target objectives.

Your responsibility area are:

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree

Senior Account Executive / Account Executive – Inside Sales

Description:

We are looking for an Account Executive – inside who will promote FedEx services over the phone to existing and new customers within a geographically or account specified defined area, with the objective to expand the customer base and achieve revenue targets.

  • You are required to make regular contact with customers in order to determine need, potential and opportunities for FedEx service. Face-to-face meeting with customers may also be conducted if needed.

  • You will administer optional pricing programs, close accounts on the phone, forward high potential lead to Account Executives – Field and respond to leads from Sales, Customer Service and Marketing professionals and Couriers.

  • You will also be responsible for handling some reporting and analysis duties such as maintaining records and files of customer activity in order to ensure proper call frequency and follow-up in resolving problems, as well as accuracy in performance and systems reporting. You are required to follow company policies and Sales procedures in order to maintain a high and standard level of Sales performance.

Requirement:
  • You should hold a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any field and preferably possess professional sales experience.

  • You should have strong communication skills in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.

  • Able to influence and negotiate with others using active listening and persuasion skills

  • Ability to provide guidance to team members, where necessary (for the Senior Account Executive – Inside position)

Account Executive - Field Sales

Description:

To identify and develop customer relationships and perform an accomplished level of sales responsibilities with the objective to build the customer base, achieve revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

You are required to:

  • Obtain leads for new business

  • Gather information about customers' business products and process, and their transportation challenges through face-to-face contact

  • Seek and identify opportunities to grow the business with existing customers

  • Identify customer’s needs and develop value propositions to meet those needs

  • Create a market based pricing structure

  • Prepare a sales proposal to target the needs of customers

  • Deliver sales presentation to persuade potential customers to use FedEx products and/or services

  • Coordinate with internal resources to teach customers how to use FedEx tools and services

  • Answer customer questions about FedEx products or services during sales call

  • Create and execute implementation plans with the customers

  • Monitor implementation progress to ensure timelines are met

  • Identify barriers to successful implementation and recommend ways to remove or minimize them

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer’s problems

  • Contact customers to find out how well the solutions are meeting their business needs

  • Present review findings to customers using the available system reporting tool

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Two (2) years professional experience in commercial or industrial sales

  • Knowledge of sales process and activities

  • Able to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, in English, and Vietnamese

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Able to influence and negotiate with others using active listening and persuasion skills
