We may disburse any applicable duties, taxes and other regulatory charges on your behalf, to ensure timely payment to the customs agency. The payer is responsible for the total amount disbursed, plus an additional fee as published in the charges. Local Note: The additional fee as published in the charges means the greater of 2% of the amount of duties, taxes and other regulatory charges paid by FedEx or $5.00 USD. |

Storage |
A shipment that remains uncleared at the FedEx facility will be subject to a storage fee which is the greater of the (i) shipment weight x cost per pound x number of days uncleared at the FedEx facility or (ii) minimum charge. For shipment weight, FedEx charges based on the dimensional weight or actual weight of the package – whichever is greater. |
We may assess a storage fee if a shipment remains uncleared in the FedEx bonded facility beyond the time limit published in the charges. Local Note: The time limit published in the charges means three days (see chart). If shipment remains uncleared in the FedEx bonded facility beyond the number of no charge days, the shipment may be subject to storage fee. This charge may apply from the first day of shipment arrival. |

At your request, FedEx will submit an Entry Adjustment to Customs to correct an entry on any previous information you had provided. This may result in a reimbursement of an overpayment of Duty/Tax or may result in an additional Duty/Tax amount owed to Customs, as well as a fee from FedEx. Local Note: In the event of a request for additional information made by Customs, this fee may be levied. |
