Upon request, we will prepare the necessary transfer documentation and move your inbound shipment from the point of arrival to your specified location if you self-clear or use a Brokerage company other than FedEx to clear an inbound shipment. |

FedEx will apply a fee to provide refrigeration at the defined temperature when you have provided the necessary documentation to advise us of the need to refrigerate your shipment. |
