If you choose to use your own customs-clearance department or a Brokerage company other than FedEx to clear your inbound shipments, FedEx will charge a service fee to prepare the necessary transfer documentation and moves your inbound shipment from the point of arrival to a location you specify. |

FedEx can organize the return of your goods that either have temporarily been exported to another country for reasons such as repair, processing, testing, evaluation, trade shows, or goods that are being returned to the country of export in an unaltered state. This allows the importer to claim relief on Duty/ Tax with the necessary proof of export document. FedEx will charge a fee for the service. |

The fee or fees are applied when documentation needs to be verified or an identity check has to be done by a government agency; however, fees can also be received by several agencies for the same shipment, such as local councils or commercial agencies. FedEx will pass on the charges received from all external agencies. |

When you request shipments to be imported on a temporary basis for a specified time, FedEx may coordinate the importation process by advising, preparing, and filing the required documents as specified by Customs and charges a fee for that service |
Customized Service | DKK 375 per hour, minimum DKK 295 per half hour rating |
FedEx can provide additional services such as creating specific reports, opening/labeling packages. Both FedEx and the payer have to agree on the hourly expenses before this service can be applied |

A fee will apply for originating a direct payment process allowing release of shipments and payment of Customs charges. This service is focused on payers that may be a credit risk or for shipments with a very high value as may be determined in each country. |

At your request, FedEx will submit an Entry Adjustment to Customs to correct an entry on any previous information you had provided. This may result in a reimbursement of an overpayment of Duty/Tax or may result in an additional Duty/Tax amount owed to Customs, as well as a fee from FedEx |
