A shipment that remains uncleared at the FedEx facility will be subject to a storage fee which is the greater of the (i) shipment weight x cost per pound x number of days uncleared at the FedEx facility or (ii) minimum charge. For shipment weight, FedEx charges based on the dimensional weight or actual weight of the pacckage-whichever is greater.

We may assess a storage fee if a shipment remains uncleared in the FedEx bonded facility beyond the time limit published in the charges. Local Note: The time limit published in the charges means three days (see chart). If shipment remains uncleared in the FedEx bonded facility beyond the number of no charge days, the shipment may be subject to storage fee. This charge may apply from the first day of shipment arrival. |

We may disburse any applicable duties, taxes and other regulatory charges on your behalf, to ensure timely payment to the customs agency. The payer is responsible for the total amount disbursed, plus an additional fee as published in the charges. Local Note: The additional fee published in the charges means the greater of 2% of the amount of duties, taxes and other regulatory charges paid by FedEx or $6.00 USD |

FedEx will apply a fee for the service for air waybill revalidation when you select your own broker to clear your shipment through customs via FedEx International Broker Select. Revalidation allows you to use the air waybill for tax purposes and as an official record of the shipment. |
