Entry Corrections

$50 per fine

A fee applies if we correct information in your entry documents in order to complete customs clearance or if you provide additional informaiton after clearnace is completed.
Handling

$50 per entry

FedEx charges a one-time flat fee per shipment based on shipment weight. We will waive the handling fee if the package did not clear customs due to a FedEx mistake. Handling charges begin accruing when the shipment is scanned for entering storage.
Import Permits
$22 per entry for items controlled by Arms and Explosives and $40 per entry for items controlled by Center for Radiation Protection

Disbursement Fee

2% of Duty & Tax or NAD 150, whichever is greater

In the event we disburse duties and taxes on any given shipment to a customs agency, the payer will be assessed an ancillary clearance service fee based on a flat rate or on a percentage of the total amount disbursed.
ROD Fee

2% of Duty & Tax or NAD 150, whichever is greater

The fee that FedEx will charge to compensate FedEx for operating a direct payment process allowing release of shipments and payment of Customs charges for customers who do not have a FedEx account number
Fees are listed in Namibia Dollar. They are assessed per shipment unless otherwise noted
