Register for the new CARM Client Portal (CCP)
Register using GCKey or Sign-in Partner. See List of Sign-in Partners. Once on the portal, you will be able to designate a Business Account Manager (BAM) who will be responsible for managing the account through the CCP.
Delegate Authority to FedEx through the CCP
The BAM must delegate authority to FedEx Trade Networks Transport & Brokerage, Inc., so we have all the required information to accurately manage your import processes under CARM.
New Customer Reminder: Complete the GAA/POA Package
FedEx Trade Networks will require delegation and the signed General Agency Agreement (GAA)/Power of Attorney (POA) package to continue managing your commercial importation activities. If you haven’t already done so, sign and return the required GAA/POA package to us.

- You will need to advise FedEx Trade Networks how you intend to pay your import duties and taxes starting Release 2: Either FedEx Trade Networks continues to pay on your behalf or you pay the CBSA directly via the CCP
