Product/Commodity Information

If you choose Products or Documents as your shipment content, you must select a description of your contents for customs clearance.

Enter a description in the Search allowable products box and click Go, or select a category from the alphabetical listing. If you can't find the product or document category you are looking for, try looking for another category that is more general. For example, if you have a shipment of shirts, click C for Clothing. For a shipment of potatoes, click F for Foods.

Select only one item from the list. If multiple items have been chosen, your transit time estimate will be based on the last item selected only.

For certain commodities, transit times may be extended due to required regulatory and customs clearance. For additional information, please contact FedEx International Customer Service at 1.800.247.4747.
