Quick Help
Use the Get Rates and Transit Times tool to determine the transit time and delivery options for a FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, or FedEx Express Freight shipment. All fields with an asterisk (*) are required fields. 

FedEx Express and FedEx Express Freight services are available for intra-Canada and international shipments, while FedEx Ground services are available for shipments within Canada, to the US and Puerto Rico only. Note: As the sections collapse, you can return to any section to edit information by clicking the Edit button to the right of the section heading.
Your Rate Settings

FedEx Account Specific Rates makes it easy to maintain your FedEx account settings to obtain the most accurate rate and transit time possible, based on your FedEx account number, including any discounts.

When you log in to fedex.com, special options are available to you on each screen throughout the Get Rates & Transit Times tool.

Your Rate Settings: This link displays at the top right of each screen and directs you to the Settings screen for Account Specific Rates. As the account administrator, use this area to invite users and to reassign the administrative rights of this application.

Logout: This option displays at the top right of each screen. Click Logout when you are finished getting rate quotes and transit times and want to log out of fedex.com.

Current Account: This option provides you with a list of all accounts for which you have been authorized to view rates. The only account number to be fully displayed is the one that is directly linked to your registration profile. All other accounts will be masked, and you will only be able to see the last four digits and Nickname of the account.

Add an Account: With this option, you are able to request to view rates for a different account. Click Add an Account and the fedex.com registration log in screen displays.

Once you complete the information and click Continue, you will receive a confirmation for your request. You will receive an e-mail within 24 hours confirming that the administrator of the account has authorized you to view their rates. Click the My Rate Invitation Link provided in the e-mail and log in to the Get Rates & Transit Times application.

Account Options

Manage Your Additional Users: As the account administrator, you may invite or delete the additional users of this application. Once you add a user, he or she will be sent an invitation via e-mail allowing them to access your Account Specific Rates.
  • Current account: Select the appropriate FedEx account number from the drop-down menu.
  • Add an account: Click this option to add a FedEx account to this application.
  • Your current additional users: This section displays the e-mail and first name of each authorized user. Click Delete user to remove users from viewing your Account Specific Rates.
  • Add new user: Enter the first name, last name, and e-mail address of the person you want to grant access to your Account Specific Rates. FedEx will send them an e-mail invitation. Click the Add new user button to save your information.
  • Cancel: Click Cancel to cancel any information entered and return to the Settings main menu.
  • Return to Account Specific Rates: Select this option to return to the Settings main menu. You must save any information entered before selecting this option.

Change Administrator: You may change the current administrator of the Account Specific Rates. Any of the users allowed to view your account specific rates can be selected as an administrator directly from the drop-down menu. Once you confirm to change the administrator for an account, you will not have administrator privileges for that account.

My Profile: Select this option to view your current profile for the account number selected.

Return to Account Specific Rates: Select this option to return to the Settings screen for Account Specific Rates.
