Request a Document Image
Indicate the type of document you are searching for: Delivery Receipt (POD) or Bill of Lading.
Enter the PRO number for the shipment.
Click View to see a PDF version of the requested document online.
Click E-mail/Fax to have a copy of the requested document sent to yourself or others.
View Document Image Online
The following screen will display the requested image.
If you would like to forward the document image to yourself or another interested party, click E-mail/Fax near the top of the image.
Note: Images are available in PDF format only. If you are unable to view the image, use the available link to download the Acrobat PDF plugin.
E-mail or Fax a Document Image
When all information is complete, click Send image.
E-mail / Fax Confirmation
When sending a document image via e-mail or fax, you will receive an on-screen confirmation highlighting the method of delivery as well as the fax / e-mail delivery address.
