Reading Your My Account Calendar



Upon logging in to My Account, you will immediately view your customized calendar.

Account Selection
Select your desired account number using the drop down menu. To find an account, use the following sort options:
  1. Sort By – choose to sort your account list by company name or account number. After marking the appropriate option, your drop down menu will be updated to reflect your choice. Click on the arrow next to the drop down menu to select an account.
  2. Predictive Typing – type characters directly into the account drop down menu to narrow your search.

To add additional accounts to your drop-down menus, click Add account and follow the registration process for each new account. Note: please have your account number available when adding accounts.

Preferences
Click the Preferences link at the top of the calendar page to make changes in the way your calendar is formatted.

On the following screen, you can make the following adjustments to your calendar view:
  1. Account Selection – choose an account to serve as the default account to be seen every time your calendar is opened
    • Sort By – choose to sort your account list by company name or account number. After marking the appropriate option, your drop down menu will be updated to reflect your choice. Click on the arrow next to the drop down menu to select an account.
    • Predictive Typing – type characters directly into the account drop down menu to narrow your search.
  2. Calendar View – use the drop down menus to change the default format for all shipments contained in your calendar

Once all preferences have been indicated, click Update calendar view to save your changes.

Calendar
The default view will show the currents month's shipping activity for your account.

Shipments are indicated as follows:
  1. Red link – designates the estimated delivery date for a shipment
  2. Purple link – designates the pickup date for a shipment
  3. IB – Inbound shipments
  4. OB – Outbound shipments
  5. Bill-to – third-party responsible for charges

Click any link within the calendar to view more details about a specific shipment.

Use the arrows at the top of the calendar to shift between months.

On-time Service
The on-time service performance for your account within the current month is displayed in the top corner of the calendar. Click the percentage to view a list of all shipments included in this calculation.

FedEx Freight Advance Notice®
This industry-leading service allows users to receive notification of shipments delayed in-transit.
(NOTE: This service currently applies only to FedEx Freight Priority shipments)

Upon registering for Advance Notice, your account notifications will be highlighted here:
  1. Selected account – see details about any delayed shipments for the current account highlighted in your calendar. The following screen will show the current status of your shipments and the reason for the delay. From this screen you can link to detailed tracking results.
  2. All accounts – see details about any delayed shipments for all of your accounts. The following screen will show the current status of your shipments and the reason for the delay. From this screen you can link to detailed tracking results.

To add Advance Notice to your account, click Sign up now.

Change Calendar View
Use the drop down menus to change the information that is presented in your calendar.

Note – these changes will not be saved and the next time you log in to My Account all information will be displayed in the default format. To make permanent changes to your calendar format, please use the Preferences link at the top of the screen.
