As we're bringing local ground operations together you will benefit from one courier looking after all your FedEx Express and TNT shipments. Also, you can now benefit from a single sales representative, giving you easier access to the broader product range of FedEx Express and TNT and the shipping solutions that work best for you.

TNT customers shipping to or from an embargoed country under U.S. export regulations were notified in February 2016 that all services to or from such countries were discontinued with effect from April 4, 2016.

FedEx Express and TNT will continue to provide services as they do today. Customers can now benefit from a single sales representative, giving you easier access to the broader product range of FedEx Express and TNT. Sales representatives will now have direct access to the resources of both FedEx Express and TNT.

As we're bringing local ground operations together the pick-up and transit times for international express shipments might change. FedEx Express and TNT have worked together to plan and optimize local ground network. This lets us maintain or improve coverage, and pick-up and transit times for international express shipments without compromising on the service customers come to expect from both brands. To learn about your specific pick-up time with FedEx Express or TNT, please contact your current FedEx Express/TNT customer services or your sales representative.

There are no immediate changes to the applications customers use to book packages or pallets. For now, FedEx Express and TNT will continue to provide services as they do today. However, if you would like to start using the services of either company, we welcome your business. Sales representatives will now have direct access to the resources of both FedEx Express and TNT.

There are no immediate changes to your existing clearance operations, services or times. For the time being, clearance operations at FedEx Express and TNT will continue to run independently for now. Our team members are committed to delivering the same exceptional service you expect from FedEx Express and/or TNT.

As part of the local ground network integration we are bringing FedEx Express and TNT teams together into one location to serve all FedEx Express and TNT shipments. This is a phased approach and we will let customers know when your specific station has been consolidated so that you can benefit from one drop off location. Commitment to exceptional service remains our number one priority.

Please continue to ask FedEx Express customer service or courier/driver for FedEx Express supplies and TNT customer service or courier/driver for TNT supplies.

Each company's packaging is customized and optimized for its own delivery network and as such should only be used with the company who supplied the packaging. You may ship using your own packaging or using the shipping company's packaging but please do not mix packaging.

For now, there are no changes to pick-up bookings. You can continue to use the same applications and tools you are currently using. However, as we integrate our local operations a FedEx Express courier may pick up TNT shipments and vice versa.
