There are no changes to the products and services offered by TNT and FedEx Express. Each stage of the integration journey will bring new improvements to the services we offer. We'll be excited to share new opportunities with you as soon as they become available.

For the time being, FedEx Express and TNT will continue to provide services as they do today in countries that are not integrating locally. Our integration has a phased approach with groups of countries going through integration at the same time. We will keep you updated as progress is made on integration in other regions. From June 1st 2018 TNT has been appointed as the FedEx Express service provider, which means TNT will provide the collections and deliveries of FedEx Express shipments, as well as customs clearance support. If you have any questions, contact the TNT customer service.

As the TNT and FedEx Express integration progresses, you’ll also start to see the FedEx Express and TNT logos side by side on your courier’s lanyard and in some of our communications, as well as on courier vans.

Introduction of the 'TNT will become FedEx Express' logo is an interim step reflecting that integration has started in Greece and is progressing.

TNT is a FedEx Express service provider in Greece and from June 1st 2018 will provide customs clearance support for all FedEx Express inbound and outbound shipments to/from Greece. Each company's packaging is customised and optimised for its own delivery network and as such should only be used with the company who supplied the packaging. You may ship using your own packaging or using the shipping company's packaging but please do not mix packaging.
