You can rely on the same customer service team that you are currently dealing with. You’ll soon benefit from a single sales contact, working with you to provide shipping solutions that are right for you. Your new sales contact will have direct access to the resources of both FedEx Express and TNT. And with their guidance, you’ll discover the potential of shipping solutions from two outstanding logistics companies.

TNT customers shipping to or from an embargoed country under U.S. export regulations were notified in February 2016 that all services to or from such countries were discontinued with effect from April 4, 2016.

For the time being, FedEx and TNT will continue to provide services as they do today. We intend to develop our services jointly for the future benefit of all our customers.

Our FedEx Express couriers have been trained to have all the necessary knowledge about TNT, so you can keep working with us the way you always have. There are no changes to your pick-up and delivery schedules, or how you manage your account.

Each company's packaging is customized and optimized for its own delivery network and as such should only be used with the company who supplied the packaging. You may ship using your own packaging or using the shipping company's packaging but please do not mix packaging.

During this period you may see a FedEx Express or TNT courier picking up and /or delivering your packages, while the previous courier is reassigned to another route. Your new single sales contact will work with you to provide shipping solutions that are right for you. By bringing together our FedEx Express and TNT sales teams, we’re giving you easier access to a broader range products and services.
