Note:

Lithium ion cells and batteries with a Watt-hour rating in excess of 2.7Wh must be offered for transport at a state of charge not exceeding 30% of their rated capacity.

The number of cells in each package must not exceed the appropriate number for the equipment's operation plus two spare sets.
