FedEx & Mastercard Corporate Card Alliance Program
1. By tendering shipments with the FedEx corporate account specified in the Confirmation Notice (as defined in paragraph 3(iii) below), you will be deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. Discount Validity: July 12 to December 31, 2021.
3. Entry to Promotion:
i. To enter this Campaign, participants must not have an existing FedEx account and participants must be an appointed Mastercard Corporate cardholder (“Participants”).
ii. In order to open your new FedEx corporate account and enjoy the Promotional Discount of 45% (as defined in paragraph 4 below), you must register your appointed Mastercard Corporate card as your selected “payment option” upon set-up of your new FedEx corporate account.
iii. Your entry into this Campaign is confirmed by your receipt of an email notification from FedEx upon opening a new FedEx corporate account (the “Confirmation Notice”).
iv. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the number of new FedEx corporate accounts that may be opened during the Campaign Period for each entity that has an appointed Mastercard Corporate card, is unlimited. However, the discount period from July 12 to December 31, 2021 is applicable to a particular entity will be the “Discount Period” as specified in the Confirmation Notice that is sent to the first Participant from that particular entity (such account being the “Master Account”). Accordingly, any subsequent FedEx corporate accounts opened by that entity may not enjoy a full discount period mentioned, depending on how much time has passed between the creation of the Master Account and any subsequent account. For the avoidance of doubt, upon successful enrolment in this Campaign, each Participant will be sent a Confirmation Notice specifying their relevant Discount Period.
v. The turnaround time for all account opening is 3 working days and discount loading will be 5 working days upon receipt of all relevant account opening information and/or documentation (as the case may be).
vi. Holders of FedEx Personal Shipper accounts, or FedEx cash accounts are not eligible for entry into this Campaign. For the avoidance of doubt, only new FedEx corporate accounts, opened by Mastercard corporate cardholders are eligible.
vii. Any new FedEx corporate account successfully opened through this Campaign, may nominate an individual person as its representative ("Nominated Representative") and enter on the Participant’s behalf, but not in his/her own name or on his/her own behalf. Only one Nominated Representative is permitted for each new FedEx corporate account.
viii. Persons under the age of majority in the applicable jurisdiction of this Campaign must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of majority to enter.
ix. Incomprehensible, objectionable, and incomplete entries will be invalid and will not be eligible for the Promotional Discount (as defined in paragraph 4 below).
x. FedEx accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, or misdirected entries including delays in the delivery of the entry due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
4. Promotional Discount
i. A Participant who has successfully enrolled in this Campaign according to paragraph 3 above will enjoy the Promotional Discount of 45% specified in the Confirmation Notice on the list-priced basic freight charge of each Eligible Shipment (as defined below). No other charges, including but not limited to duties and tax, fuel surcharge, duty and tax surcharges and other surcharges, are subject to the Promotional Discount.
ii. “Eligible Shipments” must meet all of the following requirements:
a. Shipments must be invoiced to, and settled by, the FedEx corporate account specified in the Confirmation Notice in order to enjoy the Promotional Discount;
b. To be eligible for the Promotional Discount, shipments must meet the shipment criteria specified in the Confirmation Notice in order to be eligible;
c. Shipments must be tendered during the Discount Period, as specified in the Confirmation Notice;
d. Shipments must be either FedEx International Priority (IP), International Economy (IE) services; International Priority Freight (IPF) or International Economy Freight (IEF).
iii. The Promotional Discount is applied to the FedEx corporate account specified in the Confirmation Notice.
iv. The Promotional Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other shipping discount or offer provided by FedEx.
5. My FedEx Rewards
i. Activate your membership with your fedex.com login to receive Double Welcome Points of 4,000.
ii. The first 2,000 Welcome Points will be credited to customer’s My FedEx Rewards account upon successful sign-up. The remaining 2,000 Bonus Welcome Points will be credited within 30 business days from successful sign-up.

i. FedEx shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered by a Participant or other parties in connection with this Campaign, including but not limited to personal injury and tax obligations that may arise from accepting any of the rewards, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
ii. Eligibility excludes the directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of FedEx, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with the promotion stated herein as well as employees, agents, officers, and representatives of any government department, government owned entity, juristic person funded by any government department, political party or public international organization, or any candidates for political office.
iii. By entering this Campaign, unless otherwise advised by the Participant, each Participant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database which may be used by FedEx in any media for future promotional and publicity purposes.
iv. If this Campaign is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures and any other causes beyond the control of FedEx, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Campaign, FedEx reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Campaign.
v. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
vi. The terms and conditions of carriage in the applicable FedEx Express Air Waybill, in effect on the day of any shipment, shall apply to the shipment. If there is a conflict between the terms of the FedEx Express Air Waybill and these Terms and Conditions, the former will control.
vii. In the event of any discrepancies with respect to this Campaign, FedEx's decision is final, and no other further correspondence will be accepted. FedEx will not be obliged to award the rewards if it is contrary to any applicable laws or regulations.
viii. FedEx reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
ix. Mastercard does not assume any responsibility for the products and services offered under this Campaign. The products are sold, and services are provided solely by Mastercard under such terms and conditions as determined by FedEx, and Mastercard accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with such products and services. The products and services have not been certified by Mastercard and under no circumstances shall the inclusion of any product or service in this Campaign be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such product or service by Mastercard.
