On October 1st 2019, TNT has become FedEx Express service provider in Russia and is the one who will take over and deliver FedEx Express shipments locally (except for Saint Petersburg region, which will be integrated at a later stage).

Our teams aim to offer the same exceptional service that we expect from both companies. This means that the service quality you receive today will remain the same.

Early stages of the integration will be visible in October 2019 when we combine the FedEx Express and TNT operations in Russia. 

We are still working to optimize our local networks, improving collection and delivery times where possible. Once operations in Russia are fully integrated, you will benefit from a single courier for all your shipments. As we bring local ground network operations together, you will benefit from one courier looking after all of your FedEx Express and TNT shipments.

TNT customers shipping to or from an embargoed country under U.S. export regulations were notified in February 2016 that all services to or from such countries were discontinued with effect from April 4, 2016.

For the time being, FedEx Express and TNT will continue to provide services as they do today. We intend to develop our services jointly for the future benefit of all our customers.
