How to Get Started


Mobile Phone

FedEx Office Print & Go from Email

Email the attachment to printandgo@fedex.com. You will receive a retrieval code for your order. Use the self-service printer at FedEx Office to print with your retrieval code. At the Print & Go payment device near the self-service printer, select Print and then Print with Retrieval Code. Enter the code and follow the instructions to print the files you sent via email.

Need help? Files can also be printed in full-service so you can work directly with a team member.


Cloud

FedEx Office Print & Go from Cloud

Access FedEx Office My Online Documents, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, and Microsoft One Drive at a self-serve payment device by selecting Print and the cloud provider. Select the files and easily print them yourself on the printers. You can also print from Breezy using a retrieval code.

USB Flash Drive

Visit a location to use FedEx Office Print & Go from a USB flash drive. Go to a self-serve payment device, insert a USB, and select Print then USB. Choose the file you want to print. If you need more options or assistance, you can also print at the front counter with a USB.
