Click the Help menu at the top of each page to access the following tools:

  • Interactive Help Guide – Offers a demo, the ability to practice using our applications, assistance during actual transactions, a printable User Guide and “What’s New” information.

Confirm Your Shipment Details

To Confirm Your Shipment Details
  • Click Create Bill of Lading to confirm that your pending shipment information is correct and ready to be processed.

Edit Your Bill of Lading
  • Click Edit Bill of Lading to return to the previous shipping screen and edit your shipment information before processing.

To Set the Default to Always Show this Screen
  • Select Always show shipment confirmation in the Complete Your Shipment section on the Preferences screen.
