Click the
Help menu at the top of each page to access the following tools:
- Help with this page – Includes FAQs, specific instructions and additional information for the sections and processes you see on the screen.
- Online Technical Support –Gives you the opportunity to Find Answers Online, chat online with a FedEx Technical Support Agent or Submit a Question.
- Interactive Help Guide –Offers a demo, the ability to practice using our applications, assistance during actual transactions, a printable User Guide and “What’s New” information.
- Select Create New Group from the Groups tab on the Address Book.
- If needed, you can sort, search, or click the addresses to display in the Address Book table.
- Enter a unique Group Name, Group ID, Group Description to identify the Group.
- Select one or more recipients from the Address Book table, and click Add.
- Click Save to save the new Groups and return to the main Groups screen.
- Select the Groups tab on the Address Book screen.
- Select the Group, and click Edit.
- Edit the information, and click Save.
- From the View Options section, click All or a letter of the alphabet to select the Groups to display. Sort Groups
- Select All Address Book Entries from the Sort drop-down menu to display and alphabetically sort all addresses saved in your Address Book.
- Select List of Existing Groups from the Sort drop-down menu to display and alphabetically sort all Groups saved in your Address Book.
- Enter the search criteria or keyword in the Search text box.
- Select the field to search from the drop-down menu.
- Addresses that match your search criteria will display in the table.
- Select or enter the Group Name, Group ID, or Group Description to identify the Group.
- If you select a Group name from the drop-down menu, the remaining Group information populates automatically.
- Select one or more recipients from the Address Book table, and click Add.
- Click Save to save your selections, and return to the main Groups screen.
- Select or enter the Group name, Group ID, or Group Description to identify the Group.
- If you select a Group Name from the drop-down menu, the remaining Group information populates automatically.
- Select one or more recipients from the Group Members table, and click Remove.
- Click Save to save your selections, and return to the main Groups screen.
Click the checkbox header in the checkbox column to choose all recipients, and click
Add or
Remove.
