Help Options

Help Menu

Click the Help menu at the top of each page to access the following tools:
  • Help with this page – Includes FAQs, specific instructions and additional information for the sections and processes you see on the screen.
  • Online Technical Support –Gives you the opportunity to Find Answers Online, chat online with a FedEx Technical Support Agent or Submit a Question.
  • Interactive Help Guide –Offers a demo, the ability to practice using our applications, assistance during actual transactions, a printable User Guide and “What’s New” information.

View Import/Export History

  1. Click the Import/Export tab.
  2. Select Import/Export History.
    • From the View History screen, you can review or print information for the last 100 imports and exports; or the last 90 days, whichever is oldest.
    • Certain character sets cannot be stored in the database; if this occurs, the file names may not display contacts correctly, or display at all.
    • The number of contacts represents the total number of successfully imported and exported contacts for any given file.
    • Specific Export file names cannot be determined by the History Center.
